1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "y4444" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the y4444 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at y4444.bet, and the entity operating it.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the y4444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the y4444 registration process.
• "Services" refers to all products and services made available through y4444, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, bonuses, and customer support.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to the real-money PKR (or equivalent currency) balance held in your y4444 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by y4444, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and payment method verification.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the y4444 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the y4444 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the y4444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and use y4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y4444 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of y4444 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through y4444's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

y4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by y4444 may result in account restriction or permanent closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access y4444's real-money services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the y4444 platform. Creating more than one account — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. y4444 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds across those accounts forfeited.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

y4444 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A valid, government-issued Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your registered address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit — for example, a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching your registered name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a formal request may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y4444 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes associated with your account. y4444 will never ask for your password through any channel. You must notify y4444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. y4444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may trigger a compliance review of your y4444 account.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. y4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000 or the equivalent. Processing times stated above are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

y4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are held separately from real-money balances. They cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement will be stated on the promotion page or in the communication through which the bonus was offered.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is a violation of the One Account Policy in Section 4.2.
• y4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
• Bonus funds claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinated wagering with other players, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution details are published on the y4444 promotions page.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on y4444 — including slot titles, live casino tables, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

y4444 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games, independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

For sports betting markets, all settlements are conducted in accordance with y4444's published Sports Betting Rules. In the event of data feed errors, technical malfunctions, or manifest pricing errors, y4444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

8 Responsible Gaming

y4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide every account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings page at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or up to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from creating new accounts on the platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the y4444 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may lead to legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game, promotion, or platform system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other anonymisation tools.
• Facilitating gambling by persons under 21 or persons subject to self-exclusion.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any y4444 software or content.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive communications with y4444 staff or other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the y4444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of y4444 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any y4444 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any y4444 content without prior written authorisation from y4444. Unauthorised use of y4444 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond y4444's reasonable control.
• Interruption or suspension of services for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, game RTPs, or promotional terms.

y4444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12 Privacy & Data

y4444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y4444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

13 Amendments to Terms

y4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y4444 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the y4444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Complaints Process

y4444 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the y4444 platform or service, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern with the y4444 support team via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at the address listed on our contact page. Please provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after our formal complaint response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service as specified in y4444's licensing terms.

y4444 does not charge any fee for raising a complaint. We treat all complaints confidentially and will not penalise any player for making a legitimate complaint in good faith.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y4444 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent y4444 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
